• Next, take the short walk over to the Galesburg Railroad Museum, where kids can explore historic railcars, including a Pullman sleeper and a Railway Express baggage car. The museum showcases a rich collection of railroad artifacts and memorabilia, offering a glimpse into Galesburg's railroad heritage.
Lunch:
• Head to downtown Galesburg and choose from a wide variety of familyfriendly lunch options. Have a Coney Dog at Galesburg’s oldest restaurant, Coney Island or enjoy tasty pizzas from The Pizza House, Buddes, Jimmy’s Pizza or baked.
Afternoon:

Day 2: Splashing Good Time
Morning:

• After breakfast, head over to Kiwanis Park and enjoy the playground, skate ramps or a round of disc golf.
Lunch:
• Before heading for an afternoon of fun in the water, grab a bite to eat at Cherry Street Brewing Company and make sure to try Kit’s Original Mud.
Afternoon:
• After lunch, get in your swimwear and head to Lakeside Water Park for a fun-filled wet adventure with pools, splash pad and slides.
• End the afternoon with a trip to Lim’s Ice Cream for a treat of creamy goodness.
