In 2018, Galesburg hosted the bi-annual Illinois One State Together in the Arts Conference – XCHANGE 2018 – bringing artists, arts administrators and enthusiasts to Galesburg for a 2-day conference. Conference guests enjoyed the amenities from the Discovery Depot Children’s Museum to the Knox College Whitcomb Art Center, from the historic Orpheum Theatre, to the Prairie Players Civic Theatre.
